RESTORE - MAINTAIN - optimiZE YOUR HEALTH

The goal of naturopathy is the prevention of pathological disorders.

However, if you suffer from any disorder, you should know that your body does everything to heal itself but sometimes needs you to help by making some changes to your lifestyle.

The naturopathic practitioner's role is to give you the keys to change. It's up to you to put them into practice.

Thus, the naturopathic practitioner looks at your diet but may also give you advice on taking up a sport which is adapted to your capabilities as well as recommending breathing and relaxation exercises. She deals with your body as well as your mind using different techniques. The goal is to promote cellular exchanges to help the body maintain homeostasis without tiring itself unnecessarily. We restart the metabolism.

Eating well, moving well, relaxing and getting enough sleep are essential for our body to regenerate.

Indeed, a change in diet and improved sleep ultimately allow us to have more energy to face our day-to-day lives.

And when we have more energy, maybe we will finally sign up for this or that activity or club or invest in an association in accordance with what is important to us.

The naturopathic practitioner is there to ask you the questions that will help you move forward in your life plan whilst maintaining or regaining your health.

Who is naturopathy for?

A naturopathic consultation is useful at any time of life. It is aimed at toddlers, children and adults alike.

Naturopathy also accompanies transitional moments such as adolescence, pregnancy, breastfeeding, menopause but also during preparation of exams.

The naturopathic practiotioner will help you in the following cases: sleep disorders, fatigue, stress, anxiety, various hormonal problems, infertility, digestive problems, osteo-articular issues to name but a few. The list is long because the change of diet is the first step towards healing.

Limitations of naturopathy

A naturopathic follow-up should under no circumstances replace a visit to your doctor.

He/she alone is able to make a diagnosis and implement a suitable treatment.

The naturopathic practitioner bases her treatment and follow-up on the doctor’s diagnosis and the medical analysis brought by the patient.
