The techniques
THE techniques
1) A balanced diet
Documents, explaining a balanced diet, will be sent to you by email. A list of a variety of classified foods will be given to you on the day of the consultation.
Then, we will establish together the foods that should be reduced or even removed in your case, as well as those which should be introduced or favoured on your menus.
Changing our eating habits can be a long process. However, be aware that small changes (removing or reducing certain foods or avoiding certain combinations) can make a big difference to your well-being.
2) food supplements
Once the vitality assessment has revealed deficiencies or need of a boost, I will advise you the appropriate supplements to take (vitamins, minerals, amino acids ...).
3) Oligotherapy
It is a question of determining your type according to Dr. Jacques Ménétrier’s method and to give you the micronutrients which are adapted to rebalancing it.
4) Herbal medicine
I may need to advise plant extracts for you after the assessment.
These can be consumed in the form of herbal teas or decoction, mother tincture, glycerine macerate (drops), vials or capsules.
5) Bach FLOWER essences
I work with the 38 Flower Essences that Dr. Edward Bach identified in the early 20th century.
These elixirs can be taken pure or diluted, on their own or along with others. They have remarkable effects on rebalancing the mind and body.
6) iridologY
At the end of the vitality assessment, I look at your iris using a magnifying glass. Studying your iris makes it possible to detect certain pathological predispositions. Clearly, it's about knowing where your weaknesses are.
